Eat 5 Pancharatna Siri Dhanya (Ancient Millets) for Break fast, Lunch and Dinner.(One Millet a day)
Stop eating/consuming Paddy Rice, Wheat, Sugar, Maida, Refined flour, Refined Oils, Processed foods, meat, fish, eggs and Milk products (other than home made curd/Yoghurt).
Walk for 60 to 75 minutes that helps you to spend Glucose in your total blood (6 to 7 grams) and keep your glucose management healthy.
If possible, meditate in early morning with some reference to the almighty that created us. Lead a clean minded life and sleep well.
